President- Neal Santangelo
Started in the industry in June 1971 at American
Metal Decorating, 25 years at one facility working
for 4 different companies (American Metal, Heekin
Can, Ball Corporation & U.S. Can) as Plant Manager.
In 1996, joined Brockway Standard (Bway Corporation)
as Plant Manager at the Franklin Park facility.
In 2003 joined Crown Cork and Seal as Plant Manager
of the aerosol facility in Alsip, Illinois.
Member of the IMDA since 1987 serving as a member
of the Board of Directors and as an officer since
1999.
Vice-President - Joe Finan 
Joe is Manager, Special Projects for the Metal Division at INX International Ink Company. Prior to joining INX in June 2008, he operated his own consulting company, Genesis Innovation, from 2004 to 2008, serving the productivity and quality needs of the metal decorating industry. His experience in this industry began foremost with a 20 year career at Sequa Can Machinery – manufacturer of two-piece can decorators – which he left in 2004, having served as Vice President of Advanced Technology. Joe has been a member of the IMDA 10 years and has served on the Board of Directors since 2003, and has been active in the planning of the annual convention.
Secretary / Treasurer - Jack Knight 
My journey in Metal Decorating began 28 years ago in Seattle Washington working for Sun Chemical. During my tenure in the industry I have worked for, PPG, United Graphics, Sinclair and Valentine, Bowers, Great Western Ink, Valspar, Bway, Bmat, US Can, Spectrum, Midland Color, and INX.
I am currently (and permanently) employed by the greatest ink Company in the world as Senior International Technical Service Manager for INX International Ink Co. Traveling all over the world brining UV technology to where it has never been before and supporting the ever changing metal decorating industry that has become my life.
Executive Director - Michael Masenior
Michael attended Appalachian State University in North Carolina where he studied Industrial Technology with specializations in graphic arts and furniture design. Upon graduating, he joined Continental Can Company as a management trainee. After working as a Litho Supervisor for 6 years he joined Parker Metal Decorating in Baltimore, MD and became the Vice President and General Manager. After 13 years at Parker, he joined Ellisco Corporation, a specialty can manufacturer in Philadelphia, PA as Executive Vice President and President of the Ballonoff Products division consisting of 2 metal decorating plants and can and metal products manufacturing plants. After 24 years in the metal decorating industry, he established Ameripro Management, in Baltimore, MD, to begin managing the affairs of non-profit associations including the IMDA.
Mike is a Past President of the IMDA, recipient of Member of the Year, and currently serves as Executive Director for the Association.
